On May 19th, 2011 the first ever L.A.B. meeting was held and was a massive success. There were a lot more attendees than I had expected! The turnout was amazing and really showed how there is a need for this type of group in the Berkshires. While I already knew there was based off of my own experience, meeting others who have wanted the same thing to come together really meant a lot.
I look forward to L.A.B.'s next meeting and to spreading Lyme awareness throughout Western MA.
